High-quality raw materials
Our cam factory has been in operation for more than 20 years. All the raw materials of the cam are made of specially customized special steel. Imported (Japan, South Korea, Germany, etc.) and domestic steel can be selected according to customer requirements. The proportion of carbon, steel and other components in the steel is specially proportioned, which is specially suitable for the manufacturing and production of cam and the use in future working environments. It is highly professional, stable and has a long service life; it can maintain stable performance even in high-load and high-intensity working environments.
Precision machining, precise matching
All cams are processed using precision automated imported CNC machine tools, which are strict and precise, ensuring that the cam track fits perfectly with the circular knitting machine needles, with an error of no more than 2μm. Very suitable for European and Japanese knitting machines; precise dimensions and high-precision processing technology can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce the failure rate and maintenance costs of knitting needles and machines.
